A Few Pictures from Singapore

Singapore is an expensive fairy tale city.  Everything is new, clean, and  shiny. But every season is the rainy season and today was particularly humid. But that did not keep Dad, Maryana, and I from hitting the city.

Restaurants and bars surrounding a public square.  The street is covered to prevent the merry makers from getting soaked.  The supporting structures also blow out mist and cool air on very hot days.

The Sands Casino - yes that is a boat on top of the buildings

The English settler who founded the port of Singapore, back in the day.
